Returns are available by exchange only. When a puppy is purchased there is a 48 hour guarantee against diseases, and a 3 month guarantee against genetic defects. In order to utilize our return policy all terms agreed to in the sales contract must be followed. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the puppy examined by a reputable veterinarian, have them complete the Vet Exam Report included in each puppy package, and then this form must be returned to us within 24 hours. Once this is done, if there are any circumstances that arise within the guarantee period, then a return/exchange can be applied for. If our policy is followed, then the puppy can be exchanged for another puppy of equal value. If a puppy of equal value is not available, a voucher for a puppy of equal value will be issued, and you will be notified immediately when an exchange puppy is available
